This past week was so busy I forgot it was Thursday! Can you relate? Jeez! That said, I did find a few ways to create some quiet time for myself.
One thing I do is I search for ambient music or ocean sounds on YouTube (Spotify, ITunes, pandora, etc). I put in my earbuds and take a breather. I enjoy this so much and it actually feels like my "run, run, run" feeling is slowing down to at least a brisk walk!
